Schedule - please note the alternate locations if you are arriving late or leaving early

Arrival & Departure

• Drop off and pick up will be at the same location - 530 Rosedale Drive Pottstown PA 19464

  • Go down the private drive and take the second driveway on the right. There is a brick gate with the address on it. 

  • Please park in the yard to load and unload. Don't worry about the grass. We do this all the time & it will be fine. 

    

Thursday, July 24

• 3pm - Gallion House 

  • Arrival & registration

  • Fellow Travelers Activity

• 5pm - Dinner - pizza

• 6pm - Althouse Arboretum - 1794 Gilbertsville Rd, Pottstown, PA 19464

  • Questing

• 7:30pm - Gallion House

  • The Chosen

• 9pm - Host homes (pick up for anyone sleeping in their own home)

Friday, July 25

• 8am - Gallion House - drop off for anyone who slept in their own house

  • Breakfast (pancakes)

• 9-10:30am - Pottstown Community Gardens 

  • Service Project

• 10:45am - Gallion House 

• 11:15am  - Lunch (hamburgers & hot dogs)

• 12:00-2:30 - Host Homes 

  • shower & change

  • those who sleep at their own home will shower & change at the Gallion House

• 3:00 Gallion House

  • Afternoon with the Sages

• 5pm - Dinner (pasta bar)

• 5:30pm - Gallion House

  • Spiritual Sages

  • Ballads with the Bard

  • The Chosen

• 9pm - Host homes (pick up for anyone sleeping in their own home)

• 9am - Gallion House - drop off for anyone who slept in their own house

  • Breakfast (muffins, bagels)

  • Testimony Meeting

• Clean up

• 11:30am - Pick up & Departure (please park in the yard)
